and not having to clean the spillage
with the Refinery’s Equipment down stream.

Oily Water developed with-in the Refinery operations that must be
Drained to the Refinery’s external drains systems.

H-C/C-H Spillage with-in a Storage Tank Farm: The Contaminated

and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule at 40 CFR parts 112. AHPSP
has proven
excellency,
efficiency, effectiveness, and mainly is cost effective. AHPSP will
satisfy
the “COUNTERMEASURE” of the EPA Oil Program SPCC. Compliance by
July 1, 2009.
