                                  ADDITIONAL BENEFITS WITH AHPSP

1.    The AHPSP can be used to eliminate H-C/C-H spills during the maintenance

       of Refinery Equipment.

2.      Cleaning the Refinery Drain System with AHPSPEliminating H-C/C-H Vapors

and not having to clean the spillage with the Refinery’s Equipment down stream.

3.   Remediation of Oily Water developed with-in the Refinery operations that must be

Restored to Government’s Specifications, before the treated water can be

Drained  to the Refinery’s external drains systems.

4.  Remediation of H-C/C-H Spillage with-in a Storage Tank Farm: The Contaminated

Soil treated with AHPSP does not require removal from the Tank Farm Area.

5.       Remediation of H-C/C-H Spills due to Pipeline Failure:  Application of AHPSP will

secure the safety of the surrounding community and will protect especially sensitive

environmental areas such as nearby rivers, water supplies, groundwater and initiate

remediation of the contamination, with-in hours.  The Contaminated Soil treated

with AHPSP dose not require removal from the Spillage Area.  AHPSP is a

Product that is and should be considered a  “RESPONSE STEP” as required

by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

6.       Cleaning the Internal Section of Tanks – Crude Oil, H-C/C-H Products, and Sludges.

7.       AHPSP is effective in IN-SITU / EX-SITU Operations, with-in constrained areas.

8.       AHPSP is effective in Restoring H-C/C-H Contaminated Groundwater.

9.     AHPSP is effective in Extinguishing H-C/C-H and Natural Gas Fires.

10.  AHPSP is effective in Cleaning up Plant Terminal H-C/C-H Spills.

11.  AHPSP is effective in treating Oily Waters that can be recycled with the

Refineries’ Cooling Water System.  Treat the Oily Water to the level of the

      cooling water level.

   12.   The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency  (EPA) Oil Program: Spill, Prevention,

Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule at 40 CFR parts 112.   AHPSP has proven

excellency, efficiency, effectiveness, and mainly is cost effective. AHPSP will

satisfy the “COUNTERMEASURE” of the EPA Oil Program SPCC. Compliance by

          July 1, 2009.
